A young team, a solid approach

IAM Engineering was founded in 2017 from an idea by Denis Radin, born in 1982. After years of experience in a structured environment, especially as an outsourced designer at the Danieli’s offices in Buttrio (a leading company in the sector and still one of our clients today), Denis chose to create something different: a technical office made up of young, skilled, and close-knit people, where innovation lies not only in software but also in human relationships.

  • We’re a young team, aged 21 to 43 — and we like it that way. Responsive, flexible, we aim straight for results with a practical approach and fresh ideas.

  • Our clients trust us 100%. For many, we have become a natural extension of their technical office: available, concrete, and always present when needed.

  • Every month we organize a team building event where we can exchange ideas and strengthen our bond outside the office as well.

We primarily use Inventor, SolidWorks, Plant 3D, but we also use other professional CAD/FEM tools, depending on the project requirements.

Not long at all! We’re agile and responsive: just contact us, we’ll assess your needs together, and get started in no time.

We work with companies across Italy (and beyond). Distance is not an issue: our organization is digital and flexible.

Certainly, we can also help with one-off requests, such as a structural calculation or a specific project. However, many clients, after the first job, choose to keep working with us.
